What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer worldwide express shipping. Domestic orders within Germany typically arrive in 1-3 business days, while international shipping varies by location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and value of the item.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that custom-made items or opened fragrances may be excluded.
