At Marc Gebauer, we strive for excellence in every piece, but if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury box and secure them within a protective shipping carton to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have verified the authenticity and condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
